By using the silverrain.asia website and booking treatments at Silver Rain Health Center, you agree to these terms. Please review them before booking.
1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the silverrain.asia website and the provision of services by Silver Rain Health Center, a spa center in Tashkent. By continuing to use the site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Booking treatments
Bookings are made via the website form, by phone, or via Telegram/WhatsApp. After you submit a request, our administrator will contact you to confirm the date, time and branch. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, please let us know at least 3 hours in advance — this allows us to offer the slot to another guest. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect your ability to book in the future.
4. Payment
Payment for treatments and packages is made at the branch by cash or card. Current prices are listed on the Packages and Services pages and may change — the exact price is confirmed by the administrator at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Health considerations
Before your treatment, please inform the administrator of any pregnancy, chronic conditions, allergies or recent surgeries — this helps us tailor the treatment appropriately. Silver Rain Health Center is a spa center and does not provide medical services.
6. Use of the website
All materials on the site — text, images, logo — belong to Silver Rain Health Center. Copying or using site materials without written permission is not permitted.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update indicated.
